Students from ReModel Minority Group present "No More Silence"
Students from the 91精品 Clinical Psychology Program's ReModel Minority Group collaborated with various community members to create a message of Asian and Pacific Islander (AAPI) mental health awareness. The students spoke alongside contributors from , the , and other community members. Third-year student and ReModel Minority member Shiyu Zhang, who served as a co-chair for CHI, helped to organize the efforts.
"Creating a judgment-free space for people who may be struggling is crucial. We must support and uplift, not ostracize, each other for our struggles," one participant in the video said. Many speakers discussed breaking down the stigma that mental health issues carry in many AAPI cultures. "We need to share our voices, our resources, and our story so we can begin to change the conversation."
